Founding Partner Program
Build the next wave of EMR technology with us.
We're assembling a small group of treatment organizations to shape what we build and to take part in the first pilot. Below are the program terms, the path an application follows, and the application form.
In development. Not available for clinical use.
How the program works
What we offer, what we ask
What a founding partner receives
- Early look-ands at the platform as it is built, with direct input into what gets refined next
- A named contact on our team and scheduled working sessions
- Priority consideration for the first pilot cohort, subject to a written agreement
- Founding partner pricing intent shared in advance — proposed only, and not available to purchase today
What we ask in return
- A designated staff member who can meet regularly and speak for the organization
- Honest, specific feedback on workflows, reports and the day-to-day experience
- Business and operational information only — never patient information
- Willingness to take part in a structured pilot evaluation if both parties proceed
Open to treatment organizations in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. Participation is by invitation after review, and no agreement exists until both parties sign one.

Program terms
Founding partner terms
These terms are a proposed outline for discussion, not a contract. Submitting the form creates no agreement and no obligation on either side.
1.What this program is
The founding partner program is a prelaunch collaboration with a small group of treatment organizations. Its purpose is to shape what we build and to run a structured pilot once the platform is ready. PurposeQuest Healthcare Systems LLC is a company in formation, and the platform is in development.
2.Nothing here is a contract
This page is a plain-language outline for discussion. No agreement is created by submitting the application form. A founding partner relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, term, responsibilities, fees and data handling.
3.Not available for clinical use
The platform is in development and is not available for clinical use. Nothing in this program means the platform may be used to deliver, document or direct patient care, and no part of it is validated clinical decision support.
4.No automated clinical decisions
The technology is not designed to diagnose, prescribe or make care decisions. Licensed clinicians remain responsible for every assessment, plan and clinical judgment, and must review and approve anything the software drafts before it is used.
5.Patient information stays out of this program
The application form collects business information only. Do not submit patient names, health details, clinical notes or any other protected health information. Any handling of patient data happens only under a separate written agreement, and only once the platform is actually available for clinical use.
6.What we intend to provide
Scheduled working sessions, early builds for review, a named contact, and priority consideration for the first pilot cohort. These are intentions for discussion, not guaranteed deliverables, and they can change as the platform is developed.
7.What we ask of a founding partner
A designated contact, regular and candid feedback, participation in evaluation sessions, and organizational information that helps us design for real workflows.
8.Timeline
We are building in deliberate stages: a foundational platform first, then a fuller electronic medical record. Dates shift as work progresses, we will not promise a delivery date in advance of a signed agreement, and participation does not guarantee a place in a pilot.
9.Fees
Pricing published on this site is proposed, subject to change, and not available to purchase. No checkout, deposit or payment is collected through this site. Any fees for a pilot would be set out in a signed agreement.
10.Confidentiality
Previews, roadmaps and materials shared during the program are confidential to the participating organization and are not to be published or shared outside it.
11.Withdrawal and closure
Either party may withdraw at any time before a signed agreement, in writing, with no cost or obligation. Applications may also be closed by us if the program fills, priorities change, or an organization is not a fit.
12.Changes to these terms
This outline may be updated as the company forms and the platform develops. The version in effect for any organization is the one attached to a signed agreement, not this page.
